Depending on the form of contact, booking or use of the website, we may process in particular:

  • first name and surname,
  • e-mail address and telephone number,
  • booking details, including the dates of stay, number of guests, type of vehicle, camping equipment or additional services,
  • data necessary for settlements and guest records,
  • technical data related to the use of the website, including IP address, browser data and cookie data.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • handling enquiries, bookings and providing services — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • maintaining required records, settlements, accounting and tax obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
  • contacting guests in organisational, complaint-related or stay-related matters — Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • pursuing or defending claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • analytics, cookies or marketing activities — where applicable, on the basis of consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Data retention period

We retain personal data for the time necessary to handle an enquiry, process a booking and provide the stay, and thereafter for the period required by law or necessary to pursue or defend claims.

Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn, unless there is another legal basis for further processing.

Personal data may be disclosed to entities supporting us in our business operations, in particular providers of hosting, booking systems, payment services, accounting, IT or legal services — only to the extent necessary for the provision of such services.

  • restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • data portability,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
