Depending on how you contact us, we may process:
- first name and surname,
- email address and phone number,
- booking details (dates, number of people, type of stay),
- technical data (IP address, browser identifier, cookie data).

- handling bookings and the contract for accommodation services — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- responding to enquiries — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
- tax and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR,
- analytics and marketing — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep your data for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law (in particular tax and accounting law — generally 5 years). Data processed on the basis of consent — until the consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data may be transferred to entities supporting our operations (hosting, booking system, accounting office, payment providers) — only to the extent necessary and on the basis of data processing agreements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to the processing,
- withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
