1. General provisions
The Farm Wild Camping is operated by Creativo sp. z o.o., Aleja Wilanowska 75/20, 02-765 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 521-36-99-713. These terms set out the rules for staying at the property in Nowy Zambrzyków 19.
2. Bookings and payments
- A booking becomes effective upon confirmation by the Operator.
- Payment terms and any deposit are communicated at the confirmation stage.
- Cancellations are handled in accordance with the rules indicated in the booking confirmation.
3. Stay
- The stay day runs as indicated in the booking confirmation.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Guests are required to keep the place tidy and to respect nature.
4. Safety and fire
- Campfires only in places designated by the Operator.
- Leaving fires unattended is not allowed.
- Children must remain under the care of a guardian.
5. Nature protection
The campsite is located within the Masovian Landscape Park. We ask you to keep quiet, not to litter and not to interfere with the natural habitats of the animals.
6. Pets
Pets are welcome, provided they remain under the control of their guardian and that you clean up after them.
7. Liability
- The Operator is not responsible for items left unattended.
- The Guest is liable for any damage caused on the property.
8. Complaints
Please send complaints to thefarmwildcamping@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days.
9. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law. The Operator reserves the right to amend the terms — the current version is always available on this page.
